Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

You'll find it in your order or shipping confirmation. If you can't find it, the invoice number or the date of the order confirmation email is fine.

You don't have to give a reason.

You can still also withdraw by email to [email protected] or by post.
